No affiliate links are live on this site. We haven't joined any affiliate programmes yet, so no link here earns us money. Links to software providers go to their official websites and earn us nothing.

What an affiliate link is

An affiliate link is a link to a provider that records that you came from us. If you click one and then buy or sign up, the provider may pay us a commission. You don't pay any more because of it.

How they will be labelled

When we add affiliate links, every one will have an Ad label right next to it, and every page with affiliate links will show an ad disclosure near the top, so you know before you click. Links without the label won't earn us anything. We'll update this page when the first programme goes live.

Programmes we may join

We may apply to affiliate programmes run by Landlord Vision, Sage, QuickBooks (Intuit) and Xero, directly or through networks such as financeAds, impact.com, FlexOffers and PartnerStack, and to Amazon Associates for landlord equipment such as smoke alarms.

How we'll keep it honest

• Commission won't decide what we include or how we describe it. Products without an affiliate programme are listed on the same terms.
• We don't publish star ratings, scores or "best" rankings. We haven't tested products hands-on; we report only what providers publish, with a source link and check date.
• We never post or buy fake reviews.
